The Minnesota Society for Criminal Justice has announced that its annual DWI seminar will take place on Friday June 16, 2017 at the Minneapolis Marriott Northwest.  The CLE runs from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  As always, this seminar is only for defense attorneys and cannot be attended by prosecutors or Assistant Attorney Generals.

Speakers will discuss a range of valuable topics and provide insight on how to defeat DWIs. And, once again, our attorneys will also be presenting on the topic of metrology and how it can be used to challenge breath tests. They will present alongside others such as Jeff Sheridan, Doug Hazelton, Max Keller, Rory Durkin, R. Reis Patagkhan, Tom Jakway, and Jim Ventura.

Some other topics to be discussed include closing arguments in DWI trials, alternatives to mandatory sentences, Canada's admission rules for anyone with a DWI conviction, and much more.

Although you should not need any more incentive to attend, the seminar is applying for 5 standard CLE credits and 1 Elimination of Bias credit.
