The attorneys at Ramsay Law Firm regularly reach out to educate both other attorneys and the public regarding DWI defense. However, even the best attorneys can still find more to learn, and ongoing education is how we make sure that our clients receive the absolute best possible defense for their DWI case.

That's why our own Charles Ramsay is currently attending the Annual Winter Session for the National College of DUI Defense. Ramsay is a member of the NCDD, an organization dedicated to the overall improvement of DWI defense attorneys around the nation. At this year's seminar, Ramsay is attending seminars on a broad range of topics, from challenging Standard Field Sobriety Tests to undermining blood tests through scientific challenges to the very laboratory procedures used to try and convict Minnesota drivers.

We've successfully challenged things like field sobriety tests and blood test results in the past - but that doesn't mean there isn't more to learn, or that we won't uncover new ways to refine our defenses.

Albert Einstein said it best when he said, "wisdom is not a product of schooling but of the lifelong attempt to acquire it." When you set the goal of being the best DWI defense firm in the state, you'll always be seeking new knowledge . . . and it's our clients that reap the benefit.
