J.L.W. v. Comm'r of Public Safety
The revocation of the Petitioner's driver's license was rescinded.
Petitioner asserted that she was unlawfully seized; there was no probable cause to believe she was driving, operating, or in physical control of a motor vehicle while impaired; and there was no basis to lawfully arrest her for driving while impaired. See Minn. Stat. § 169A.53, subds. 3(b)(1) (probable cause) and (2) (lawful arrest).
