State v. I.E.H.

Our client was charged with domestic assault and felony assault of a police officer in Mille Lacs County. After days of pre-trial hearings we were able to convince the state to completely dismiss two domestic assault charges on the first day of trial. The jury found our client NOT GUILTY of felony assault of a police officer.
