T.J.C. v. One 2010 Mitsubishi
Police forfeited our client’s vehicle due to a charge of 2nd Degree DWI. We filed a law suit seeking return of the vehicle. Last week the police department agreed with us that the vehicle should be returned to T.J.C. without payment of towing or storage fees. Since the police returned the vehicle without costs or fees to our client we dismissed the forfeiture law suit.
