State v. A.E.B. -- Gross Misdemeanor Third Degree DWI Reduced to Careless Driving

The state charged our client with a Gross Misdemeanor DWI in 2019 due to a prior DWI license revocation. We pushed it all the way to trial when, on the eve of trial, the state agreed to dismiss all the DWI charges in exchange for a plea to careless driving. There was no license revocation in this case.
